We were lucky enough yesterday to get a sneak preview of Scattered by Leamington’s own Montionhouse Dance Theatre.
Wow! Fans of the company won’t be disappointed. It’s athletic and pulsing with energy, and set on an amazing curved stage onto which is projected a series of films of glaciers and puddles and all things water-related. Onto this the dancers slide, bounce, leap, scramble - on occasions it’s quite death-defying. Really quite amazing stuff. Oh and a great soundtrack too. If you’re a fan of the company already, you won’t be disappointed. If you want to try out something you might not usually see, it’s an accessible, exciting and entertaining 70 minutes. Go on, try it!
