Bones Tour to Schools

Tuesday 2nd February

We’re now in our final term of the Skin, Blood and Bone Project and children from Frederick Bird Primary and Leigh C of E Primary, both in Coventry, have created a fantastic dance and visual arts performance with the help of artist Jo Buffery (Arts&Learning). This performance is now touring to three other primary schools in Coventry with full support from Warwick Arts Centre technical crew. The first performance was last Friday at Eastern Green School and it was very well received by the audience. There were around 80 children dancing, some as young as 5 years old, and they performed with skill, confidence and great enthusiasm. We are looking forward to another two performances this week.
