Make it Reel: Day Three and Four

Tuesday 2nd February

The last two days of the Make it Reel summer school have both been dedicated to shooting.  Wednesday started with storyboarding and rehearsing the scripts that the production teams had completed the day before.  Thankfully everyone had successfully sourced their props and costumes so by lunchtime the groups were ready to go out on location.  Most of the films are set in around three locations so the filming lasted through until Thursday afternoon – we did all go home and off to bed overnight! Yesterday afternoon the groups managed to get onto the Macbooks to capture their footage ready for a busy final day at Warwick Arts Centre.  95 seats for tomorrow’s screening have already been reserved so the world premiere of the Make it Reel films should be a great end to the week.  If you haven’t got your free ticket for the screening at 5pm yet, you can get one from Box Office on 024 7652 4524.
