Posting as a member of the marketing team and knowing only a little about technology we have had a baptism of fire this week. Installing a new Box Office system and website has forced us to learn about LANs and PCI compliance and PED devices and gravatars and content management systems - I could go on… However we’re now 4 days in and the team here is still just about talking to one another (!) With our new website we’re hoping that lots of you will post your comments and send us your observations and reviews of events you’ve seen here (in a language we all understand). We’re really looking forward to reading them… welcome to the new site.

Love the new website, especially the expanded content for individual events. I've tried the RSS feeds, and they are coming through fine. The blogs are a welcome addition: always interesting to hear the personal voice from inside an organisation.

Of course, having said that RSS feeds are working, I realised that this is the case with feeds from the News section, but an attempt to set a feed from the Blogs section takes me to an error message:
Internet Explorer cannot display this feed

There was a short delay yesterday whilst we worked to sort out a couple of glitches, but online booking buttons are now enabled so hopefully now we're all back to full working order in our box office.
