The Mysteries 2010
The Mysteries for 2010 in Coventry is on the theme of Forgiveness and involves several Coventry schools, community groups and Coventry University. Performances will take place from the 14th to the 19th June across the City, and more information can be found on The Coventry Mysteries website.
Warwick Arts Centre is working in partnership with Mercurial Dance on their project at The Bubble Chamber in Coventry City Centre and children from Leigh CE Primary and Frederick Bird Primary will work together to make a new piece of dance with technology on the theme of Forgiveness for The Mysteries 2010.
The Mysteries performance entitled Forget Me Not, Forgive Me Now will be a mix of filmed projection of new dance by the children and live dance performance. The two will be presented as a combined performance three times during the week of The Mysteries as part of the collection of performances and activities taking place in the city centre during the whole week. Outside of the performance times, The Bubble Chamber will be open as a gallery to view the filmed projections that the children have created.
The Performances will take place at The Bubble Chamber (old Bishop’s Games shop), 8 City Arcade, Coventry at the following times. There will be a very limited number of tickets available at each performance on a first-come, first-served basis.
