Make It Reel Premiere

We’re going to set young people a tough but exciting summer challenge – five days to make a five-minute film in a five-person crew. It can be done! From the first moment of inspiration, right through to the world premiere, four films will be devised, scripted, storyboarded, rehearsed, shot, edited, soundtracked, mixed and mastered… all in a week – phew! And for inspiration we’ll show you some of the very best short films around to think about and talk about. It’ll be hard work, but a guaranteed good time.

To end the week in true big-screen, red carpet style, friends and family are all invited to our cinema for the World Premieres of the finished films on Friday afternoon. The week will be led by Coventry filmmaker Dom Breadmore who is highly experienced in getting the most creative results from our young film crews.
