Make It Reel

Ages: 12-15

Five days to make a five-minute film, in a five-person crew. That’s the challenge.

From that initial spark, right through to the world premiere, four films will be devised, scripted, storyboarded, rehearsed, shot, edited, soundtracked, mixed and mastered… all in a week – phew! With daily screenings and discussion of some of the very best short films around, it’ll be hard work, but a guaranteed good time.

On Friday, to end the week in true big-screen style, friends and family are all invited to our cinema for the finished films’ World Premieres. The week will be led by Coventry filmmaker Dom Breadmore who is highly experienced in getting the most creative results from a young cast and crew.
