In the past decade Scandinavian writers and film makers have come to dominate the realm of crime fiction, spearheaded by Stieg Larsson’s Millennium Trilogy, memorably adapted for the screen and now remade in the US by David Fincher. Critic and broadcaster, Nigel Floyd returns to explore the revitalisation of the crime thriller on the big and small screen (Wallander, The Killing) from the Scandinavian perspective. There will also be an exclusive preview of Headhunters, the first screen adaptation of a novel by Jo Nesbo.
