Trying to get through to book tickets on two occasions took so long that eventually I gave up !!
At 6.15 and again at 7.30 on a Tues evening.
If you can't answer it would be helpful to have a message on your machine to save customers phone charges.

I too gave had to wait llengthy periods go book tickets.
Therefore at key collection times just as films are to start
or there may be a play or show on at the centre;
then you should leave an phone message on. It is not realistic
to think that phone calls will be answered. They are not
