CloseThe sequel to East is East follows the now much-diminished, but still claustrophobic and dysfunctional Khan family. Sajid, the youngest Khan, is trapped between his father’s tyrannical insistence on Pakistani tradition and racist bullying in the playground. His father decides to send him off to Mrs. Khan No.1 in the Punjab, a return to the family he left behind 30 years earlier. But although resolved to teach Sajid a lesson, the tables are turned on George when he comes face to face with his own transgressions, and realises that it is he himself who has much to learn.

a brilliant film which is addressing so many issues it could run for a week.It balances the first film- EAST IS EAST- nicely and is a joy to watch. Both acting and scenery are fantastic!! Well done!!!!
