Yes the all singing all dancing, all white wine- spritzer swigging tut fest is back. Grumpy Old Women Live returns for a third round of huffing, finger waggling and fist shaking.

Have you reached that certain age? Has cool and collected become hot and bothered? Is your hair a bit frizzy are you frayed round the edges, do you make a funny grunting noise when you get out of a chair?

How did it happen? One day you had a poodle perm and a twinkle in your eye, the next you can't find your bifocals and you're arguing with the pushy woman on the sat nav- which you have no idea how to turn off, never mind use- how did you get so .....old?

Well don't worry, you're not the only walkman in an iPod world, we're on your side and we've got three highly trained G.O.W ready to embark on another nationwide complain-a -thon

Boarding the grumpy bandwagon this year are:

Second up is our international grump and the very first grumpy old Bond girl- hurrah. Star of Get Carter, The Man With The Golden Gun and the Wickerman- bonafide film legend- and grumpy goddess Britt Ekland

And bringing up the increasingly saggy old rear, one of the original grumpy old stooges- yes posh grump returns - old enough and wise enough to know better, theatre veteran and Fascinating Aida star, the voice, the face and the magnificent cleavage of Ms Dillie Keane returns.
