Bite-Size: A Theatrical Tasting Menu
Curios and comic, In My Father's House explores the relationship of four women to their father. You are invited to join them in their daily service celebrating life and preparing for death.
Witness songs, dances and demonstrations as the peculiar ceremony unfolds against the sounds of live accordion, clarinet, drums and voice. Performers build strong, physical images that suggest both the spiritual and the domestic: marriage, miscarriage, suicide and the afterlife.

Bite-Size is a day long festival of performances by the freshest home-grown talent from around the West Midlands - an opportunity to sample bite-sized pieces of some of the best new work around from Kindle Theatre, Spanner, The Other Way Works, The Plasticine Men, Jane Packman, HamFisted!, Talking Birds and Jake Oldershaw.
Dip in to a few performances of your choice, or buy a day package to experience the full range on offer, rounding off the feast with the double bill of Jake Oldershaw's Intimate History and and Talking Birds' Trevor Goose and His Dark Night of Lights.
