The Indiscipline of Knitting is running alongside our awesome, abstract painting show at the Mead Gallery The Indiscipline of Painting.
We want you to pop along the the exhibition, be inspired, and re-create (or adapt) your favourite piece in the show in yarn. So kint, crochet or sew a peice of abstract art. Frame it if you can, and pop it into us in the Arts Centre. We’re putting them up on the big white wall in the theatre bar. If yours gets chosen as favourite, you’ll win a copy of the exhibition catalogue.
Don’t forget, our ever popular Knit, Stitch and Crochet Club starts again this Thu 19 Jan at 6pm and runs every Thursday until 8th March. In the unit where Rise used to be (next to the Koan entrance).
