Christmas Gifts at Warwick Arts Centre
Monday 12 December 2011
We have some fantastic events coming up at Warwick Arts Centre – surprise someone this Christmas with the gift of live entertainment at Warwick Arts Centre.
Out of Joint’s Top Girls and Cheek by Jowl’s ‘Tis Pity She’s A Whore will make great presents for the theatregoer in your life. For those into dance, pick up tickets for Elektro Kif as choreographer Blanca Li takes the urban streetdance style elektro off the streets of Paris, and mixes in some theatre and an amazing soundtrack. Music fans will be delighted by the chance to see Robyn Hitchcock’s The Floating Palace with KT Tunstall, Eliza Carthy, Krystle Warren and Howe Gelb, and Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra who return to Warwick Arts Centre in May 2012.
For the classical music enthusiast buy tickets to see the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Royal Opera House Music Director Antonio Pappano early in the New Year, as they perform a very British concert with pieces from Ades, Walton and Elgar.
Our comedy programme is jam-packed full of some fantastic events including Irish funnyman Dara O’Briain with three dates in April – what better present than the gift of laughter?
Those with children will appreciate a day out to see Charlie and Lola’s Best Bestest Play.
Finally, if you’re buying for someone who loves going to the cinema, Film Membership could be the perfect present for them – with 1 free ticket, discounts on cinema tickets and at Gusto Oven & Bar and priority mailings, this is a gift they can enjoy all year round. Find out more
We hope you find something in our spring 2012 programme to fill your stocking this Christmas – take a look at all events on sale!
