Warwick Arts Centre aims to be accessible and welcoming to everyone and we are committed to making your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Booking tickets
Advance booking is always recommended so that our staff can readily provide assistance when required. We offer complimentary tickets for companions assisting a disabled customer which are available on request. Our main events diary is available in large print, audio CD and Braille formats. Please contact the Box Office if you would like any of these services by telephoning 024 7652 4524.

Parking
There is free car parking Mon – Fri after 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday. The ground floor of Car Park 7 is available specifically for customers with limited mobility.
The nearest car parks are 7, 4 and 4a. Car Park 7 is approximately 125 metres from the main entrance (including the use of ramps). If using Car Park 7 please take a ticket at the entrance and validate it in the machine before leaving. Car parks 4 and 4a are across the road and approximately 85 metres from the nearest entrance. There is also a setting down point opposite Car Park 4.
Classical Concerts
For these concerts a Host Steward is situated at the main entrance to assist patrons as they arrive.
Lift
There is a lift with tactile buttons in the Arts Centre located next to the Bookshop to enable access to Theatre, Theatre Bar, National Grid Room and Mead Gallery.
Wheelchair and Buggy Access
The Arts Centre has three wheelchairs for customers’ use, subject to availability. Please reserve in advance through the Box Office. There is wheelchair access at ground floor level to the Hall, Studio Theatre, Café Bar, Box Office, Rise music shop, Cinema, Conference Room, Music Centre, Bookshop and restaurant.
Toilets
Adapted toilets are available on the ground floor in the Main Foyer, Hall concourse and on the upper level next to the Theatre doors A and B.
Assisted Hearing Facilities
A Sennheiser infrared system is available in all venues as well as at the Box Office counter. There are headsets available to be used with a hearing aid or without. These can be picked up from the Box Office with accompanying instructions. Please return to a member of Front of House staff after the performance.

Catering
There is a self-service Café Bar on the ground floor opposite the Box Office which is open during the day and evening. There is also an upstairs bar, open during performances. If you require additional assistance please ask a member or staff. For details of opening times, please click here
Venues
Ground level access to the Hall, Studio, Cinema, Conference Room, Music Centre, Bookshop,Cafe Bar and Box Office.
Dedicated wheelchair spaces are available in the Studio, Theatre and Hall, please enquire when booking.

Venue Tours
You can arrange a tour of the auditorium prior to your performance visit to familiarise yourself with the surroundings. Please ask at Box Office to book this.
Guide and Hearing Dogs
If you wish to take your dog into the performance, please let us know when booking your ticket. We can arrange an adjacent seat to be kept free.
We are also happy to look after your guide dog during the performance if you prefer.
