Royal Society of Chemistry
Colloids are awesome little objects
Wed 2 Mar 2016, 6-8 pm, University of Warwick
Our friends at the University of Warwick Chemistry Department are hosting a fantastic open lecture from the Royal Society of Chemistry.
When we zoom in to microscopic dimensions a new world reveals itself, the one where small objects rule! Small particles, droplets, organisms, and nano-patterns have a tremendous influence on the materials we come across and use in our daily lives. Join Prof Stefan Bon as he explores this world and investigates the “cool” materials we can make with colloids, right before your eyes!
Prof Stefan Bon from the University of Warwick is the Royal Society of Chemistry Materials Chemistry Division outreach lecturer for 2015-16.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book. Schools groups very welcome, suitable for students aged 15+. Students aged 16 and over may come on their own.
