Information for ticket buyers.
Our Box Office team have returned this month to process any refunds for events on sale in our Autumn 2020 programme, and to notify customers of rescheduled dates. We will approach this in date order, so please bear with us. Our website will be updated and new dates for events that have been rescheduled will appear in due course.
Ticket refunds for cancelled events
We will automatically refund your tickets for all cancelled events in the autumn season. Please note that the booking fee is not refundable as per our terms and conditions of sale.
If you paid online, your refund will return automatically to the card processed
If you paid by phone or counter on credit card, because of University financial procedures, your refund may take up to 5 weeks to process. We will ensure that this is as speedy as possible – apologies for any inconvenience.
Ticket details for rescheduled events
We will automatically exchange your tickets for the new date.
If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date we will refund your tickets using the method in which you originally purchased (see notes above).
If you prefer, we will offer you a credit voucher (valid for 365 days*) to be redeemed against future ticket purchases or we will transfer the value of your tickets into a donation towards the future work of Warwick Arts Centre.
*Any credit not used after 365 days have elapsed will go to the Warwick Arts Centre Development Fund. Our terms and conditions of sale.
