Our Box Office team are continuing to process refunds for cancelled events in our 2020 programme, and to notify customers of rescheduled dates. Please note that the Box Office is operating online only from 10am – 4pm Mon-Fri.
TICKET REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED EVENTS
We will automatically refund* your tickets for all cancelled events in 2020. The Box Office team will get in touch with you directly if additional information is required to process the refund.
TICKET DETAILS FOR RESCHEDULED EVENTS
We will automatically transfer your tickets to the new date (apart from The Tiger Who Came to Tea which has multiple dates and times of performances).
If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date we can offer you a refund* or a credit for another event. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request this.
*Please note that the booking fee is not refundable as per our terms and conditions of sale.
We will be contacting all customers whom we have not heard from already to ensure they have received our communication over the coming week. The cut off date for refunds for rescheduled 2020 events is now 4pm on Fri 20 Nov.
If we have not heard from you by then we will be unable to offer a refund and the tickets will be subject to our usual terms and conditions of sale.
