Job Title: Gallery Steward
Department: Mead Gallery
Responsible to: Gallery Assistants, Gallery Head Stewards
Job Purpose:
To steward the Gallery during all opening hours, delivering high standards of customer service and ensuring an accessible, safe environment for our customers. Stewards work in the Gallery to receive, support and inform customers and act as initial information points.

Our Gallery stewards ensure that every visitor to Warwick Arts Centre’s Mead Gallery has a truly wonderful experience. They play a key role in extending the experience from the artwork in the gallery to an visit filled with wonder and knowledge.

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a thirst for experiencing the arts, then this is the role for you! We offer a varied volunteer role, including;

• Welcoming our visitors
• Selling merchandise
• Guiding our visitors around the gallery
• Leaflet distribution
• Opportunities to progress to Head Stewards and internal roles
