Role Title: Volunteer Performance Steward
Department: Front of House
Responsible to: Duty Manager, Head Stewards
Role Purpose:
To steward shows and sell programmes, merchandise and ice creams during performance times, supporting the fun team in delivering high standards of customer service and ensuring an accessible, safe environment for our customers. Stewards are based in the auditoria and foyers to receive, support and inform customers.

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional visitor experience and have a thirst for the arts, then this is the role for you! We offer a varied volunteer role, including;

• Welcoming our visitors
• Selling merchandise
• Checking tickets and ensuring safety within the venue
• Host stewarding
• Leaflet distribution
