Sessions are at 12.30pm and 2pm
Join Jane Nicol for mindfulness made easy, and an opportunity for nature connection and self compassion.
Based upon Forest Bathing techniques, the session will invite participants to notice and engage with different aspects of their experience.
We will start with a breath awareness exercise and a brief ‘check-in’ to help those attending to connect with their bodies. As we begin to walk, participants will be invited and encouraged to connect with nature. The invitations will be based upon theories that support the cultivation of ‘self-compassion’.
Weather permitting, invitations for barefoot working and whole-body grounding may also be offered.
