Director Scott Graham in conversation with Mark Evans will provide an insight into Frantic Assembly’s distinctive process of creating and devising The Believers.

Frantic Assembly is led by Artistic Director Scott Graham. Scott formed the company with Steven Hoggett and Vicki Middleton in 1994 and continues to collaborate with many of today’s most inspiring artists. Having toured extensively throughout the UK, Frantic Assembly has built an enviable reputation as one of the most exciting companies in the country. The company has also performed, created and collaborated in 30 different countries across the world.

Mark Evans is Professor of Theatre Training and Associate Dean for Student Experience at Coventry School of Art and Design, Coventry University. He trained in theatre and movement and has taught physical theatre for over twenty years. He has written on movement training and the modern actor, and he is currently editing The Actor Training Reader (Routledge, 2015) and writing a book on performance, movement and the body for Palgrave Macmillan. He recently published an interview with Frantic Assembly on their production of Beautiful Burnout in the Theatre Dance and Performance Training journal.
