The story of Amy Winehouse, her phenomenal talent and stratospheric rise to fame.

Nowhere Boy director and artist Sam Taylor-Johnson’s hotly awaited biopic follows Amy Winehouse (Marisa Abela) from her early days in Camden through to the making of her groundbreaking 2006 album, Back to Black, which catapulted her to global fame.

Told through Winehouse’s eyes and inspired by her profoundly personal lyrics, Back to Black explores the making of an iconic artist, her triumphs and struggles in the public eye, and the tumultuous and painful love story at the centre of her sensational music. With Jack O’Connell, Eddie Marsan and Lesley Manville.
