Unmissable Cinema (£6 Tickets)

Make the most of £6 tickets across these fantastic film screenings:

Academy Award winner Cillian Murphy returns as the iconic Tommy Shelby in this epic gangland drama set in 1940s Birmingham. Amidst the chaos of WWII, Tommy is driven back from a self-imposed exile to face his most destructive reckoning yet.

Oscar winner Christian Bale and Oscar nominee Jessie Buckley lead an all-star cast in Maggie Gyllenhaal’s bold new film, where a lonely Frankenstein travels to 1930s Chicago to create a companion.

Kleber Mendonca Filho’s rich, arresting thriller is a shapeshifting epic, earning nominations for Best Picture and Best International Feature. Follow Marcelo, a tech researcher on the run from mercenary killers in the violent political maelstrom of 1977 Brazil.

Oliver Laxe’s Sirāt is a future cult classic, earning Oscar nods for Best International Feature and Best Sound. Set in the Moroccan desert, a father and son join ravers to search for his daughter, walking a tightrope between heaven and hell to an ear-splitting techno soundtrack.

Nominated for Best Animated Feature, this beautiful film is driven by the joy and wonder of a young girl’s discovery of the world in late-1960s Japan. Her wild curiosity helps her uncover nature's wonders and the painful history beneath her post-war life.

What happens when you wake up the morning after leaving the most important rock band of all time? Oscar-winning director Morgan Neville captures Paul McCartney’s transformative decade after The Beatles’ break-up, featuring stunning archival footage and legendary interviews.

Martin Clunes, Mark Addy, and James Buckley star in a heartfelt new comedy-drama that serves as a love letter to Britain’s pubs. It follows a grieving family attempting to save their failing pub and divided community by entering the Great British Beer Awards.

Free Family Events and Creativity

Our free events offer welcoming spaces to explore creativity and wellbeing. Join us for Musical Picnics, a wonderful monthly series of warm, diverse, and participatory performances helping families fall in love with music. Mini Creatives offers a multi-sensory early years space, with musician Natalie Mason focusing on music and storytelling for babies, toddlers, and their grown-ups.

Family Sundays bring even more hands-on fun. On 8 March, learn about traditional Irish mumming characters and create your own at the Mummers' Ball with Naoibh McNamee. The following Sunday, join artist Lorna-Rose to build your own 3D Texture Towers, exploring touch, balance, and imagination. For adults, Creative Socials provides a powerful afternoon session exploring performance poetry with spoken word artist Sipho Eric Ndlovu on 11 March.

Art enthusiasts can step into the radical world of Tea Bowl Punk: Takuro Kuwata, the first UK solo exhibition of the celebrated Japanese ceramic artist. Kuwata fuses traditional Japanese pottery techniques with bold, experimental sculptural processes. While you're here, get hands-on and make your own work in our free in-exhibition Clay Studio.
