By Train

By Bike There are several bike racks outside the Co-Op grocery store, as well as besides the Bus Interchange.
You can reach Warwick Arts Centre via the A45, A46, M40 and M42. When approaching Coventry, follow "Warwick Arts Centre" or the "University of Warwick" signs. For SatNav users, our postcode is CV4 7FD.
Parking
The easiest ways to pay for parking (with no transaction fee) is either on arrival using the machines in our foyer or by pre-booking online in advance using the button below.

Where to park
The University of Warwick campus is large and can be a little confusing for first-time visitors when looking for spaces to park. You can park on almost all car parks on campus (apart from the Sports Hub) for the fees detailed below.
We recommend visitors park in Cryfield Village Car Park (P2).
We’ve given precise locations below for Cryfield Village and the other closest car park using what3words and links to Google Maps and the University of Warwick interactive campus map.
There are EV charging points in both car parks. You can find their locations on the Zest website

The University of Warwick campus operates a cashless payment system, with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) parking systems in all of the main campus car parks. There are lots of ways for you to pay for your parking when you visit us.
From 1 September 2025, parking charges are as follows:

Pay on arrival using our Contactless Machines
The easiest way to pay for parking (with no transaction fee) is on arrival using the contactless machines in our foyer. Simply visit the machine, enter your vehicle registration and choose the tariff you need.
Book your parking in advance
You can also save time on the day by pre-booking your parking in advance. You will not be charged a transaction fee for using this service.

Select which parking tariff you need. For evening parking, you will need to select the option under "Other parking offers". Fill out your details and registration number, and pay in advance. You can book your parking up to 12 months in advance.
Pay using the APCOA Connect app
You can also pay for your parking via an app called APCOA Connect. Please note, you will be charged a 20p transaction fee. We recommend downloading the app in advance of your visit. You can download the APCOA Connect app on Google Play and Apple IOS.
Once you’ve registered for an account on the app and you’ve parked, select the location code 2503 and choose the tariff you need. You can park in any car park labelled as “P” or “E” on the University's parking map.
Optional Auto Pay Setting
After you’ve registered for an APCOA connect account, you can choose to apply Auto Pay if you're a frequent visitor. This means you will not need to enter the location code each time you visit us.
The APCOA connect system will pick up your vehicle registration number, and charge you automatically based on how long you’ve stayed for.
Pay via APCOA’s website (Including Late Pay)
You can pay for your parking using the APCOA connect website. Please note, you will be charged a 20p transaction fee. You can pay either on arrival or up to 24 hours after the start of your parking session (this is known as Late Pay).
You can decide on whether you wish to create an account for a quicker check out on your next visit, or to continue your parking payment without registering for an account.
Pay using a phone
Call 01895 262 122 and follow the instructions provided to pay for your parking session with our location code 2503. Please note, you will be charged a 20p transaction fee.
Call costs are dependent upon your Network Provider, so please refer to your Network Provider’s pricing policy.
Please note, if you choose to opt in for a reminder or a confirmation SMS then APCOA Connect will charge you at a rate of 10 pence per SMS sent to you, in addition to your Network Provider fees. For further information please visit APCOA connect's FAQs.
Accessible Parking
Blue badge holder parking is free at all times and is available at the rear of Senate House and on Health Centre Road.
Register your vehicle
If you have a blue badge, you need to make sure your badge is visible in your car and then register your vehicle with us at Box Office when you arrive. Please note you need to log your vehicle with us every time you visit.
If you're a regular visitor, you can register your vehicle for blue badge parking with our campus parking app. You will need to create an account and upload the details of your blue badge. Make sure you use the location code 2503.
Your application will be reviewed within 48 hours. Once approved, you can then park on campus free of charge without needing to register your vehicle at Box Office each visit.
