A film about – amongst other things – integrity. Faithfully adapted from Moravia’s novel A Ghost at Noon, Brigitte Bardot, at the height of her fame, portrays a young woman who is gradually possessed by an overwhelming contempt for her husband (Piccoli).
Piccoli plays a screenwriter whose self-doubt during the filming of The Odyssey causes the couple to drift away from each other.
