Spend the day with award winning chocolatier David Greenwood-Haigh learning how to make a variety of delicious truffles and filled chocolates!

This workshop will cover everything you need to be able to make your own professional quality truffles – and of course, you’ll get to take home everything you make!
You’ll be greeted with a mug of real hot chocolate, then you’ll get a brief talk on the history of chocolate and learn how to taste chocolate. Next, it’s your turn! Our chocolatier will guide you through the process of making the perfect ganache, before rolling and dusting them in cocoa powder. Which you package and take home.

David Greenwood-Haigh is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, a MasterChef member of the Craft Guild of Chefs and an award-winning Chocolatier. David is a qualified chef with more than 35 years’ experience working in hotels and the food industry, and has an expert knowledge of food. His discerning pallet allows him to make exceptional and inspiring chocolates using only natural, real ingredients with no essences or flavourings.
