This masterclass will comprise of two separate sessions over two days. The aim of the sculpture work shop is to explore the concept of 3D using mod roc and to continue to develop the 3D through a variety of media to embellish and colour the work.

First Session
Mod roc will be layered onto forms, after a demonstration is given. Then the removal of the cast from the form and construction of it will be demonstrated next. The group will then work on their own sculptures, where help and advice will be offered.
Given time, sketch books can be used to consider the colour and embellishment for the next session.

Second Session
We will be exploring how colour and embellishment can enhance the sculpture. Embellishment includes all materials than can be glued onto the mod roc such as fabric, paper, decorative paper etc.
The group will continue to work towards realising their own individual work.
