Drumming together is one of our most ancient forms of music and community gathering, and taking part in drumming sessions can have huge benefits. It can reduce stress, boost our immune system, exercise our brains, improve our mood and connect us deeply with our fellow drummers.

So come and have a taste of this in a free drumming workshop led by Mahendra Patel from Kadence Music. Mahendra Patel is a full-time musician/drummer/percussionist specialising in playing by ear. This year has seen him hosting drumming workshops around the Coventry.
