Wildlife photography is one of the most accessible genres of photography, but a challenge to master.

This course covers the basics of wildlife photography including camera settings, composition and elements of field craft. The day begins by looking at Talvinder Chohan’s techniques for photographing local wildlife, before venturing further afield with his experience photographing wild tigers in the jungles of central India.

Weather depending, there will be a chance to put theory into practice on site.

This Masterclass is suitable for photographers at a beginner or intermediate level. Participants will need to bring a note pad, camera (with a telephoto lens – not a smart phone camera) and clothing for outdoor photography, which may involve laying on the ground to get the best perspective.
