Spend the day with award winning chocolatier David Greenwood-Haigh!
Following on from the last masterclass, David will teach the art of tempering chocolate using all three methods, including a demonstration and a chance for hands on experience. Then you will have the chance to put those skills to use! You can make moulded chocolates, with ganache and caramel fillings, chocolate lollipops decorated with colourful transfer sheets, visible inclusion chocolate bars, and fudge to dip and decorate.
You will be using milk, white and dark single origin chocolate, and discover techniques used by chocolatiers, such as marbling. You will cut, dip and decorate, melt and cool the chocolate, with the chance to create your own fillings after watching a demonstration. You will head home with new skills and knowledge ready to impress your friends and family! Everything you make can be wrapped and packaged to take home to share (or not!) with family and friends.
