If you love your photography and want to develop your knowledge and creativity this is a great opportunity to shoot, share and learn. A fun packed, photography loving day full of practical advice and activities. During this relaxed course you will explore a variety of genres of photography and develop your photographic techniques. To get the best out of this class you will need to understand the basics of Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO.

This is the third in a series of photography masterclasses, so it is ideal if you have attended one of Kate’s previous classes or great if you are competent with your camera and want to take your photography to the next level.

You will need a camera that allows you to shoot in manual mode (allowing you to adjust the shutter speed and aperture) and be confident with how to adjust the settings yourself on your camera.

If you have a tripod and a macro photography lens please bring them along but this is not essential for you to enjoy the course. You may want to research cheap close up filters available online which screw onto the end of your lens for macro shots. Make sure you choose the correct diameter to fit your lens.

Please wear appropriate clothing to go outside.

Please note that the usual Warwick Arts Centre Terms and Conditions do not apply to Masterclasses. Click here for the Masterclasses Terms and Conditions, or download them from the right hand side of the page.
