Set in 17th-century Naples during carnival season, this Restoration Comedy follows a group of exiled English Cavaliers as they stumble into an extravagant, exciting world and attempt to navigate this refreshingly liberated society.

At a time of disguise and celebration, the comedy revolves around love as a fluctuating force that confuses and propels characters and action.

This adaptation celebrates freedom and excitement on stage, subverting convention through androgyny and powerful female agency. Written by Aphra Behn: explore this vibrant, lively, and sometimes messy world of 1600s Naples, featuring movement, masquerade, and music!

Presented by Warwick University Drama Society, Drama Collective and Tech Crew.
