Boyz II Men Flagship Gathering

Boyz II Men is For Black Boys’ flagship gathering for Black men’s wellbeing and community.

Part panel, part masterclass, part real talk, this is a day created to centre Black men’s stories and wellbeing, and the nuance of navigating everyday life in the UK as a Black man: the double standards, the pressure to perform strength, the loneliness that can sit underneath success, and the need for spaces where you can be honest without being judged.

Four guests who’ve built, created and led in the real world will share the moments that shaped them, the lessons they learned the hard way, and what “thriving” actually looks like behind the highlight reel.

Expect a live panel with curated Q&A, two parallel workshops you can choose from, plus a closing reconnect session to bring the room together.
