To help mark Van Morrison's 80th Birthday, this concert will honour one of the most influential and iconic musicians and songwriters of the 20th century.

The Van Morrison songbook is incredible, as is the pedigree of this company of musicians - The Van Morrison Alumni Band - musicians who have accompanied Van Morrison thousands of times in concert, as well as gracing hundreds of his recordings.

Curated and hosted by renowned saxophonist, broadcaster, and long-time collaborator Leo Green, who has performed on seven of Van Morrison’s albums and toured with him around the globe, the concert takes audiences on an incredible journey through Van Morrison’s songs – all performed by the musicians that Van himself chose to accompany him on thousands of concerts and hundreds of studio recordings.

Expect to hear hits and deep cuts from Van Morrison’s extensive archive of 58 albums, including Brown Eyed Girl, Moondance, Days Like This, Into the Mystic and many more.

The project carries Sir Van Morrison’s personal endorsement, underscoring its authenticity and significance. Reflecting on this project, Sir Van shared: “these songs are meant to be sung and heard, and I am really happy that Leo is carrying the torch.”
