Have we become a nation of strangers? Brenda Blethyn and Andrea Riseborough deliver award-winning performances in this haunting, genre-defying drama.

A gripping story straight from the heart of broken Britain, Paul Andrew Williams’ (London to Brighton) Dragonfly sees neglected pensioner Elsie (Blethyn) find an unexpected ally in her younger neighbour Colleen (Riseborough) – a surprising bond that brings brighter days for them both. But Elsie’s son John (Jason Watkins) resents their friendship, and simmering tensions lead to shocking consequences.
