It’s the mid-’90s. Steve (Murphy) is the passionate headteacher of a crumbling reform school for teenage boys. With meagre resources, overstretched staff, and a growing sense of futility, Steve must navigate one pivotal and precarious day, explored in parallel with the struggle of one of his students, Shy (Jay Lycurgo).
