Based on acclaimed writer-director Daisy-May Hudson’s (Half-Way) own experiences, the warm, witty, heartbreaking Lollipop sees Molly (Posy Sterling), a young woman just released from prison, battle an inhumane system to reunite with her kids. When Molly reconnects with childhood friend Amina (Idil Ahmed), a fellow single mother trying to make a life for her family, the two women realise their only chance is to join forces and take destiny into their own hands.
