This beginners’ course kick-starts your journey into screenwriting through practical exercises and creative exploration.
Taught by a practising screenwriter, you’ll learn how to generate ideas, develop film premises, and craft stories across short films, TV pilots, and features.
The course covers screenplay format, structure, characterisation, visual storytelling, and the creative use of location.
You’ll practise pitching, receive feedback, and produce several pieces of original writing to take home and develop further—leaving motivated and equipped to continue your writing process independently.
