Magnificently restored, Hearts of Darkness is an extraordinary behind-the-scenes look at the making of cinematic masterpiece Apocalypse Now

Francis Ford Coppola's Oscar-winning Vietnam war drama was one of the most notorious shoots in the history of cinema, and left few of its esteemed cast and crew unscathed. Filmed on location in the dense jungles of the Philippines, this thrilling documentary (co-directed by Coppola’s late wife Eleanor) meticulously captures the journey that spiralled into a hellish nightmare, eerily echoing the film's own narrative.
