An adrenaline-fueled thrill ride through a fractured America balanced on a razor's edge.

Sparking discussion (and fear) around its release in a US election year, with the tribalism of American politics consistently hovering around fever pitch following the January 6 riots, Ex Machina and Men writer-director Alex Garland’s dystopian action thriller envisions the ultimate breach: a second US Civil War.

In a near-future dystopia, the US has been torn apart under the authoritarian rule of a three-term president (Nick Offerman). Amidst a backdrop of spiralling violence, a journalist (Kirsten Dunst) makes her way across the freshly divided states of America.
