How to Book

By phone - Call 024 7652 4524.

Box Office - Please have your credit card ready. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Switch and Diners cards accepted.

There are six lines in to our box office and calls are answered in rotation. NO BOOKING FEE.

In person - Box Office is open at the above times to personal callers.

By post - Include your name, address, phone number, performance details and tickets required, plus a cheque/postal order payable to 'University of Warwick' and post to Warwick Arts Centre Box Office, University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL.

Please add £1.75 for postage or include a large stamped addressed envelope.

Online - Tickets for most of our events can be booked online, Follow the instructions on-screen from the listings menu . All bookings are made via a secure server so you can be sure that your details remain safe at all times.

On completing your booking you will be sent an email confirmation. A £1.50 transaction fee is payable.

After booking

All pre-paid tickets must be collected from the Box Office at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

Reservations must be paid within 4 days or 30 minutes before a performance, whichever is sooner. All unpaid reservations will be released.

On receipt of your tickets, please check the details are correct. If there are any problems, call Box Office for clarification.

Tickets can be exchanged or credited to your account for use in future purchases if they are returned to the Box Office at least 24 hours before a performance.

Data Protection

Warwick Arts Centre is committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good practice. When processing your booking we will ask you for your name, address and telephone number. This is essential for all non-cash bookings. Please let us know if you would like to be kept informed about forthcoming events and campaigns at Warwick Arts Centre or other events happening in the region when contacting the Box Office.

Concessions and discounted tickets

Concessions, subject to availability, are available to 60+ in full time retirement, under 26s, registered unemployed people, students (NUS or Uni ID cards), Coventry Passport to Leisure holders, Rugby Leisure Pass holders.
