Butterworth Hall
For 28 years the Butterworth Hall has played host to a huge number of stars from the worlds of classical, popular and contemporary music and comedy alongside local youth orchestras and young people from local schools engaging in our extensive education programmes.
For the past year our 1,500 seat concert hall has been closed for a major multi-million redevelopment. We have demolished the interior of the old Hall and replaced the stage, the flooring, the seats, improved the acoustic and installed new wheelchair access as well as replacing technical equipment. In addition we have built a stunning new rehearsal/performance space and new dressing rooms.
This autumn the Butterworth Hall re-opens with an exciting programme of music from leading classical, world and contemporary musicians and an excellent supporting programme of events, including top-name comedians, for the people of Coventry, Warwickshire and beyond.
Support our Future
To ensure that we continue to have a world-class concert hall which is fit for the 21st century we, there is an ongoing Fundraising Campaign to support the future of the Butterworth Hall. To find out more about how you can support the campaign click here
