How to Book

Online – Tickets for most of our events can be booked online. Follow the instructions on-screen from the listings. All bookings are made via a secure server so you can be sure that your details remain safe at all times.

On completing your booking you will be sent confirmation by email. A 50p per ticket booking fee is payable.

By phone – Call the Box Office on 024 7652 4524. Please have your credit card ready. Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards accepted.

There are six lines in to our box office and calls are answered in rotation.

In person – the Box Office is open at the above times and our box office team will be happy to help.

By post – Include your name, address, phone number, performance details and tickets required, plus a cheque/postal order payable to ‘University of Warwick’ and post to Warwick Arts Centre Box Office, University of Warwick, Coventry, CV4 7AL.

Theatre Tokens

Theatre Tokens are vouchers which can be used at over 240 different venues nationwide including Warwick Arts Centre. Theatre Tokens can be used against all events, including Comedy, Music, Theatre, Dance and Film.

Theatre Tokens can be bought from Warwick Arts Centre over the counter only, but are also available to buy online from www.theatretokens.com or by calling 0844 887 7878. They can also be bought on the High Street from most Waterstones and WH Smith stores. As well as from Coventry Tourist Information Centre in the city centre.

If you want to buy tickets from Warwick Arts Centre using Theatre Tokens it’s best to do this in person over the counter at the Box Office. We can give change for your Theatre Tokens in £1 vouchers. Any change below £1 will be given in cash.

You can also reserve tickets over the phone and post your Theatre Tokens to us. We do, however, recommend posting Theatre Tokens via recorded delivery, as we cannot accept liability if your tokens are lost or mislaid in the post. We are not able to post change and vouchers back to you via recorded delivery and would therefore encourage you to send a smaller amount in Theatre Tokens and make up the remaining balance by cheque made payable to the University of Warwick. Also, if you want your tickets posted out, remember to include our postage fee of 75p.

Unfortunately, Theatre Tokens cannot be used on our website.

After booking

All pre-paid tickets must be collected from the Box Office at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

Reservations must be paid within 4 days or 30 minutes before a performance, whichever is sooner. All unpaid reservations will be released.

On receipt of your tickets, please check the details are correct. If there are any problems, please call the Box Office for clarification.

Tickets can be exchanged for another performance or for a credit voucher valid for 180 days. If you would like to take advantage of this service you must return your original tickets to the Box Office at least 24 hours before the performance.

Terms and Conditions

All tickets are sold according to our terms and conditions. Full details are available on the downloadable attachment to the right of this page.

Data Protection

Warwick Arts Centre is committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good practice. When processing your booking we will ask you for your name, address and telephone number. This is essential for all non-cash bookings. Please let us know if you would like to be kept informed about forthcoming events and campaigns at Warwick Arts Centre or other events happening in the region when contacting the Box Office.

For further details please refer to the Data Protection statement and the Privacy Notice, which is available as a downloadable attachment to the right of this page.

Concessions and discounted tickets

Concessions, subject to availability, are available to 60+ in full time retirement, registered unemployed people, full time students (NUS or Uni ID cards), Coventry Passport to Leisure holders, Rugby Leisure Pass holders.

Schools and groups rates available – ask at Box Office for further details.

Booking Fees

We add a 50p booking fee to all tickets sold at Warwick Arts Centre. By levying this small fee we are able to retain a greater share of the ticket income than by simply raising our ticket prices. The sum raised is invested directly back into the organisation, helping to maintain the unique, wide-ranging, contemporary programme that is enjoyed year-round.

*Exceptions to the fee will include schools and group bookings.
