TALK - Kill The Cat

Posted
Tuesday 4 October

Do you want to know the secret of what it means to be human? Us too. (But here at Kill The Science Labs we’re actually pretty close to cracking it.)

My name’s Dylan, Co- Artistic Scientist of Kill The Cat Theatre… I mean Kill The Cat Science; and Warwick Arts Centre have kindly let me take over their blog this week to tell you all about how, with your help - this Saturday 8th October we can finally provide the answer to these eternal questions.

Prepare to dive through some lasers, paint a masterpiece, journey through an escape room, build a lego town and slay a dragon. You know, all the usual science stuff.

We’re pretty new to the science game to be honest. We used to be in theatre, but then theatre stopped for a bit because …. well, you know what happened.

And whilst everything had stopped we did some thinking. We realised that we were wasting our true potential in theatre and we decided it was time for something new.

So we changed careers slightly. We now make SCIENCE.

And after 2 years of careful preparation we’re now ready to put our new SCIENCE skills to the test. We’ve prepared six highly SCIENTIFIC experiments that will decipher the key to connection, and was it is that truly makes us human.

All we need now is some willing Lab Rats to test them out.

So, come along this Saturday 8th October for an experience unlike any you’ve ever undergone before.

I’m legally required to attached a sample contract of agreement for the experiments below for you to review before booking your spot- (though to be honest there’s no need to read it too carefully)

So sign away on that dotted line and we’ll see you on Saturday!

Let the science begin!

Kind Regards, Dylan Frankland (Co Artistic Scientist of Kill The Cat Science Labs)
