Since opening in 1986, the Mead Gallery has built an international reputation for its exhibitions of contemporary art.
It has exhibited world-renowned influential artists such as Hurvin Anderson, Phyllida Barlow, Gerard Byrne, João Penalva, and Lindsay Seers, alongside major survey exhibitions including The Indiscipline of Painting and Slipping Abstraction.
