Creative Socials: ANIMATION
Free, just drop in!
Fancy doing something a bit different? Come along to Creative Socials at Warwick Arts Centre for a chance to switch off, get creative and spend some time with other students.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to create your own animations using just your phone, with easy-to-use apps including O’snap and Stop Motion Studio. You’ll experiment with stop motion, build your own mini animations and see how simple ideas can come to life on screen.
There’ll also be an animation workstation, where you can work together and have a go with professional kit, including a stop-motion camera or graphics tablet.
No animation experience needed - just bring your ideas and your phone.
Josh Leach is an artist, animator, director and author and founder of the ADHD Survival Kit (as seen on TikTok). He has been animating for 10 years loves helping people discover what they can create with a few simple tools and a bit of imagination.
