The doves fly with the bullets in The Killer, one of the high points of 1980s Hong Kong action cinema. 

John Woo’s dizzying action classic boasts a spectacular blend of explosive gunfights and dramatic performances. Chow Yun-Fat is Ah Chong, a hitman whose latest job takes a wrong turn when he accidentally blinds singer Jennie (Sally Yeh) in a nightclub shootout. Vowing to restore Jennie’s sight, Ah Jong takes one last job, resulting in bloody mayhem on the streets of Hong Kong.
