Tom Cruise and the late Val Kilmer star in Tony Scott's electrifying 1986 box office smash.
When hotshot fighter pilot Maverick (Cruise) is sent to the US Navy’s ‘Top Gun’ Naval Fighter Weapons school, his reckless attitude and cocky demeanour put him at odds with the other pilots, especially cool, collected Iceman (Kilmer). But Maverick isn't only competing to be the top fighter pilot – he's also fighting for the attention of his beautiful flight instructor, Charlotte (Kelly McGillis).

Our team is sharing the films they love so you can enjoy them on the big screen.
Take it from the self-confessed “biggest Tom Cruise fan” at Warwick Arts Centre. You feel the need, the need for Top Gun:
“A proper Tom Cruise special. There is absolutely nothing better than an action-packed, stunt-filled film, with plenty of planes and boats. Rounded off with one of my favourite soundtracks of all time. It’s only screening for a limited time so grab your tickets, you don't have time to think. If you think… well… you all know what that means..”

Top Gun is also a part of our Sun Screen season where we'll be screening classic blockbusters and comedies all summer long.
