MTW: Godspell The Musical
Tickets: £16
Students & Under 26s: £14
Society is fractured, divided into individuals who refuse to listen to others or compromise on their views.
There is nothing to unify the people or to make them see a different point of view. This all changes when a bright, colourful man arrives and begins to build bridges between them.
Through scenes, songs, and storytelling parables from the Bible, a community forms. Those previously living as individuals form friendships and open up to each other.
However, this cannot last forever, and their community becomes threatened. The group must deal with a shocking internal betrayal, leaving them left to decide whether the community is worth fighting for.
This is a student performance presented by the Music Theatre Warwick society.
